   Enter the address. CertNow pulls the EPC from gov.uk and pre-fills the rest — type, tenure, rooms.

   Pick a cert and a slot

   Select the service (gas, EICR, EPC…) and a slot that suits the tenant. Fixed pricing shown up front.

   Engineer arrives, cert lands in your vault

   A verified UK engineer attends, completes the job and uploads the signed cert. Expiry is tracked automatically.
