Choose the certificate you need, like an EICR from £185. Fixed pricing shown up front, before you commit to anything.

Pay securely with Stripe
Card or Apple/Google Pay at the point of booking. Stripe holds the payment and only releases it to the engineer once the job is complete.

Your engineer gets in touch
We match a verified local engineer, who contacts you through the app to arrange a time that works around your availability and your tenant’s.

Certificate lands in your vault
The engineer uploads the signed certificate on completion. We track the expiry and remind you at 30, 14 and 7 days before it lapses.
